    Oh my goodness, dealing with this seller was such a happy experience! Their professionalism was top-notch, but it was their genuine kindness and generosity that really made my day.     Ich bestell jetzt regelmäßig hier … weil ich mir hier sicher sein kann das man hier das bekommt was man bestellt hat und das beste ist hier , das man auf meine Wünsche eingeht und bis jetzt hab ich immer ein mega schönen Rough Opal bekommen für ein sehr guten Preis … ich hatte erst über eBay Opal bestellt aber da gibt es viele Betrüger …. Express Shipping information

European & International customers can choose Express Delivery upgrade which will be sent with UPS, FEDEX or DHL etc.

Free Combined Shipping information

Free combined shipping is available on all orders.
Items must be paid for within 7 days of first auction wins ending.
You can then request you order to be placed on hold for up to 30days.
Where you can add other items to your HOLD ORDER.
If total order value goes over the amounts below, you qualify for free shipping and any shipping paid on the order will be refunded.

  • UK £100 (excluding VAT) combined order total for FREE SHIPPING
  • Euro £100 combined order total for FREE SHIPPING

Customers in the UK

We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to return it item for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return postage

Customers in the Rest of the World

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to contact us to start a return. Then you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. (this does not include the shipping time)
